Q1. What are your showroom hours in the West End?
A1. Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm.
Q2. What are your showroom/warehouse hours in the Southside?
A2. Southside is open from 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. Saturday 9 am - 1 pm.
Q3. What if the event is taking place in the next 24 to 48 hours and wish to add more equipment or change an order after hours?
A3. Our warehouse manager is on call at pager # 804-256-4488. Leave a number where you can be reached.
Q4. Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?
A4. No.
Q5. How much do you charge for delivery?
A5. Delivery and pickup is $60 in the Richmond area. Due to high fuel prices, we are currently adding a fuel surcharge of $10 to our normal delivery fees. After hour delivery rates may apply.
Q6. Can I pickup my order from your store?
A6. Customer pickups and returns can be in both locations. Due to the nature of your order it may require you to pickup your items at our Southside warehouse.
Q7. Do your crews set up the equipment?
A7. Classic sets up and breaks down all heavy equipment (stages, dance floors, grills, lighting, etc.). Chairs and tables can be setup for an added fee per item. Other items (linens, china and glassware) are set up and taken down by customer.
Q8. What should we do with dishware before we return it?
A8. Rinse or wipe dishware and flatware free of food to avoid cleaning charges. All glassware should be emptied and lip up in the rack.
Q9. Do you rent tents?
A9. Yes. We have frame and revelation pole tents. A Classic consultant can meet you at the location and determine the appropriate tent solution. All you have to do is call to set an appointment. There is no charge for this service.
